Publishers typically provide a PDF of the completed book, but we also accept InDesign files and printed books that require scanning and conversion to digital file format. Pricing
Our prices are based on a review of your PDF and depend on book complexity and the volume of books you plan to convert. Generally eBook conversion prices begin at $250 but the price ultimately depends on:

- Number of endnotes
- Number of images
- Table processing requirements
- Table of contents—length and number
- Use of sidebars

Quality Control and Testing
Each eBook is put through a multi-point testing process that also includes testing for compatibility with leading eReaders such as those from Amazon, Apple and Barnes & Noble. We also guarantee they pass EPUB Validation.
Distribution to Online Stores
We advocate direct distribution to online eBook stores and can assist our clients with establishing accounts, or setting up new titles in existing accounts. We assist with selecting keywords, categories and editing descriptions to maximize marketing and SEO effectiveness.
